LaBRANCHE FINANCIAL SERVICES LLC
LFSL is our broker-dealer focused on execution management for institutions. Customer executions, including algorithmic strategies, are provided alongside more traditional trades. Agency executions are enhanced, at the customer’s request, by occasional capital commitment. LFSL provides access to the listed options markets as well as most ETF’s.

LaBRANCHE STRUCTURED HOLDINGS
LSH is the parent entity of LaBranche Structured Products (LSP), LaBranche Structured Products Europe (LSPE), and LaBranche Structured Products Hong Kong. These entities are market-makers in listed derivatives. Most of our trading is centered as equity-based products, but we are occasionally involved in credit and commodity products as well. Products include indexes, ETF’s, equity options, financial futures and options and equity linked structured notes.

LSH’s counterparties are exclusively registered broker-dealers and banks acting as brokers. We communicate with these counterparties through our automated system as well as by voice. Our transactions are all consummated on major exchanges in the U.S., Europe and Asia.
